7 Dec,Gangtok: Ever since its inception in May 2006 under the presidentship of Shri K.C Pradhan. The S.O.S has surely been growing slowly but steadily and heading towards to right direction.The old office bearers dissolved the adhoc body yesterday at a small function at hotel mt simvo and gave way for the formation of a new team. The baton of responsibility has now been enthrusted upon this team comprising of a good blend of youth and experience to take the association even further.
